Meal delivery service plans are a dime a dozen. Some of them offer prepackaged foods, others promise great prices and the right portions but result in subpar quality. The majority of these plans are filled with unnecessary hormones and chemicals. This is a little counterintuitive, because after all, the majority of people subscribing to meal delivery services are seeking a healthier lifestyle. Well, fear no more! Allow us to introduce, The Wholly Kitchen: a genuinely organic meal delivery service that offers delicious, fresh meals without compromising taste or portion size. The company offers Vegan, Paleo, and Traditional meal plans, three (3) or five (5) days a week, and start as low as $199. The Wholly Kitchen’s menu is all about quality.
A day The Wholly Kitchen way:
A typical day eating meals from The Wholly Kitchen consists of dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, low-glycemic meals, that are low in sodium and are still flavorful. The meals are prepared organically from scratch using all natural local produce, lean meats and healthy oils. Only the freshest, premium ingredients are used.
Breakfast – Egg Fritatta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes: The Frittata was very fluffy, light, and crunchy all at once due to the Sun-Dried tomato topping. It was definitely filling and was perfectly complimented with a sweet handful of grapes… the perfect way to end your meal and start your day with a little sweetness.
Snack 1 – Mixed Nuts: Surprisingly, this was our favorite meal. At first glance, they look like a regular batch of mixed nuts, but as soon as it hits your palate…. Sweet, salty, spicy, crunchy and baked to perfection. How did they pack so much flavor into a simple handful of nuts?!
Lunch – Garden Salad with Tuna: This meal was where the freshness of this company really shined through. The greens and tomatoes in the salad taste like they were just picked right out of the garden minutes before. The scoop of Tuna was also very fresh and complimented the salad perfect.
Snack 2 – Paleo Muffin: This gluten-free muffin was pretty tasty and you couldn’t tell it was made with gluten-free flour. Being paleo, you would think the taste suffered but it didn’t at all. The cranberries and nuts in the center provided some added crunchiness.
Dinner – Chopped Chicken Breast with Roasted Veggies: All white meat, juicy chicken slices, accompanied by an array of freshly chopped mixed veggies and a sweet potato. The seasoning was very simple and made for a great ending to our day.
As we stated before, The Wholly Kitchen is a genuinely organic meal delivery service that offers delicious, fresh meals. They offer Vegan, Paleo, and Traditional meal plans, three (3) or five (5) days a week, and do not compromise on taste, quality, or portion size. Check out their menu today and taste true freshness for yourself!
