Della Test Kitchen -- Munch Miami

The word on the street is that the Wynwood Art District is the new hot place in town… everyone is making their way to this up and coming neighborhood. Every building is covered in art, high-end shops are opening up, and there are new bars and restaurants in just about every corner. With so much going on, it can sometimes become quite overwhelming to find a quiet spot to relax and take in the “fresh” Miami weather.

Luckily, The Wynwood Yard opened it’s “doors” this past November, providing a multi-cultural hub that aims to bring people together from all corners of South Florida through live entertainment, delicious foods, and healthy activities. Located on NW 29th street is a spacious plot of land, surrounded by a chain link fence, with a large open air bar in the center.

Inside you’ll find Della Test Kitchen; a food truck located at the front of “The Yard.” All of the items on their menu are gluten-freeDella’s is truly a one-of-a-kind Miami eating experience. Founder and CEO, Della Heiman developed the business plan while at Harvard Business School, and used her friends and family as guinea pigs while developing the amazing menu she has today. One of the most unique features of the Wynwood Yard is an organic garden maintained by Little River Cooperative. Some of the produce, herbs, and spices are freshly picked from this very garden and are used as ingredients in Della’s creations.
